Before you arrive
Drink lots of water before, during, and after your workout. It is very important to stay hydrated. We have filtered water stations for your water bottles, we also have cold bottled water for purchase from the front desk.
Please don’t attempt to workout on an empty stomach. Have a full meal a few hours before class or a light snack up to half-an-hour before.
We suggest wearing form fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top.
WeFLOWHard: We have mats waiting for you at the studio, so no need to bring your own.
WeHIITHard: We recommend a quality pair of training shoes and not runners.
WeFLOWHard: We recommend bare foot.
WeBARREHard: We recommend wearing barre socks or going bare foot.
WeRIDEHard: We use cleated shoes during our rides and provide them free of charge! If you want to bring your own, you are welcome to bring clean indoor SPD compatible cleated shoes if you would like.
When you arrive…
Come early: Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class. The worst is feeling rushed before class. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present.
Check in: If you have booked online (recommended) look for the sign-in sheet at the front desk. We ask that you initial upon arrival. Your spot will be up for grabs if you have not signed in 5 minutes prior to the class starting. If you are not signed-in, we’ll assume you’re not here.
Etiquette: Bring good vibes into this space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the tribe, we do not allow cell phones in the studio. If you are a doctor on call or have a sick family member, you are welcome to leave your phone with the front desk.
Waiver: Newbies are required to fill out a waiver. The front desk will get you set up with a form when you first check-in at the studio. Clients are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed. Clients 16 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person.
Safety: Before your sweat session, check in with your body. Our team is here to push and motivate you! Please remember to listen to your body and work at a level that is most comfortable to you. Our team is always around to answer any questions you may have.
Bike Set Up: The instructor or front desk staff will help you with your bike set-up. Please give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike, test the tension, sit and stand – every bike is different.
We’ve got you covered when it comes to getting ready post class. Our studio has free lockers, towels and a range of products to get you ready for life again.
We have plenty of hairdryers and straighteners on hand and our showers and vanities are
stocked with the latest products. Showering after a class has never felt so good!
